So what is a Business Centre? – A “Business Centre” is an alternative to a “Conventional Office” and is the collective term for an office building, or often just a floor or wing of an office building, in which a company provides a range of offices to tenants on relatively short term licenses.

Ok, what about a Serviced Office? – A “Serviced Office” is the type of office normally found within a “Business Centre”. The term differentiates from a “Conventional Office”, in that many offices are rented out fully furnished and offer additional occupier services, such as post room operations, secretarial support, photocopying and meeting room hire etc. These services are often provided within an inclusive rent or are charged for over and above what is normally associated with a “Conventional Office”.
